Software Development
Undergrad

I'm from Houston Texas, and I'm currently majoring in electrical engineering. I play guitar for fun.

This past semester we examined software from other chemistry groups and found out the useful aspects and problems which led to the creation of a software (AutoTS) that would be able to fully automate finding working transition states. We were able to quickly code up and debug a version of AutoTS which produced the desired transition states. After working on this software and future software we hope to autonomously create large amounts of transition states, hopefully in the hundreds and thousands range with minimal human interaction.
